Overview
The Portable Leeb hardness tester U913 is an innovative true color screen hardness gauge based on the Richter Hardness Measurement principle. It adds four hardness of materials to the existing data table and develops the "User Materials" function to meet the testing needs of special materials, significantly expanding the scope of use. The instrument can be designed and manufactured according to customer needs Impact devices and tooling fixtures.

Principle
The product works based on the Richter Hardness Measurement principle. Impact is applied to the material surface through the Impact device, and the ratio of the rebound velocity of the Impact body to the Impact velocity at a distance of 1mm from the specimen surface is measured to calculate the Richter Hardness value. According to the built-in data table and user-defined material parameters, it can be converted to various Miscellaneous Hardness formats in parallel.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impact device according to the tested material and install it.
2. Turn it on and select or set relevant parameters (such as material, Hardness standard, upper and lower limits, etc.) through the menu.
3. Press the Impact device vertically on the surface of the workpiece to be tested, and press the Impact button for measurement.
4. Read or store measurement results.
5. It can be connected to the PC through the USB interface for data transmission or parameter setting.
Notice
* Impact device type is correct and firmly installed before measurement.
* Impact direction should be perpendicular to the measured surface during measurement.
* The instrument is used at 0-40 ℃ Ambient Temperature.
Pay attention to the power indicator on the LCD screen and charge it in time.
* For special materials, it is recommended to calibrate or test using the User Materials feature.
The instrument shell is made of plastic alloy, which has high strength but still needs to be avoided from severe impact.
* When the preset Hardness value range is exceeded, the instrument will alarm, please pay attention to the identification.
