Overview
LEEB U915 Portable Leeb hardness tester is a Hardness measuring instrument that integrates built-in Printer, tolerance limit setting and other functions. It uses full Chinese menu display, easy to operate, and can directly display Richter, Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers, Shore and other Hardness values. The instrument is small and portable, with high Reliability, anti-vibration, Impact and electromagnetic interference, and is suitable for harsh operating environments.

1. According to the Richter Hardness Measurement principle, the Richter HL measurement interface is displayed when turned on, which can perform High Accuracy detection on a variety of metal materials.
2. Support "forged steel (Steel) " material, and the HB value can be directly read when testing with D/DC type Impact device, without manual table checking.
3. It is easy to switch to all Hardness standards (HL, HB, HRB, HRC, HV, HS, HRA), and convert each Hardness measurement value in parallel.

Principle
The instrument works according to the Richter Hardness Measurement principle. Impact is released to the surface of the material to be tested by the Impact device, and the ratio of the rebound speed of the Impact to the impact speed at a distance of 1 mm from the surface of the sample is measured. The Richter Hardness value can be calculated, and it can be automatically converted into Miscellaneous Hardness values such as Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers, and Shaw according to the preset materials and Hardness standards.
Applications

Steps
1. When turned on, the instrument displays the HL measurement interface on the Richter scale.
2. Select the corresponding material in the menu according to the type of material being tested (such as steel and cast steel, stainless steel, gray cast iron, etc.).
3. Select the target Hardness format (e.g. HRC, HB, etc.) as required.
4. Press the Impact device vertically on the surface of the workpiece to be tested, and press the Impact device release button for measurement.
5. After the measurement is completed, the screen directly displays the Measured value of the selected Hardness standard.
6. If you need to store, you can save the current measurement data.
7. For printing, current data or historical storage data can be instantly printed through the built-in thermal printer.

• This instrument is suitable for steel and cast steel, alloy tool steel, stainless steel, gray cast iron, ductile cast iron, cast aluminum alloy, copper zinc alloy (brass), copper tin alloy (bronze), pure copper, forged steel and other materials.
• When used for mass production process testing, a standard set can generally meet the requirements.
• When used for heat treatment Hardness testing such as annealing, tempering, and quenching, pay attention to the thickness of the hardened layer. If the hardened layer is too thin, it is recommended to use a C-type Impact device.
• When testing bearing Hardness, pay attention to the bearing diameter. If the diameter is too small, a special-shaped support ring needs to be selected.
• When testing gear Hardness, if the gear is too small, use DL Impact device.
• When testing castings, if the surface finish is difficult, a G-type Impact device should be selected.
• Impact direction is correct when measuring, the instrument supports 360 ° direction measurement.
• Please pay attention to the power of the instrument and charge it in time. The instrument has a low power prompt function.
• The instrument has an automatic shutdown function to save power.
