LEEB U930 High Accuracy Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge can accurately measure various plates and machined parts, and can monitor the thinning degree of pipelines and Pressure Vessels in production equipment after corrosion during use. Principle
The instrument adopts the ultrasonic Measurement principle, which is suitable for the measurement of the thickness of various materials that can make ultrasonic waves propagate inside it at a constant speed and can get reflection from its back. The ultrasonic pulse emitted by Probe reaches the back measurement object and propagates in the object. When it reaches the material interface, it is reflected back to Probe, and the thickness of the measured material is determined by accurate measurement of the time of ultrasonic wave propagation in the material.
