Overview
LEEB U940 Roughness Gauge is a pocket surface roughness measuring instrument dedicated to the measurement of surface roughness of machined parts. It uses High Accuracy Piezoelectric Crystal Sensor, DSP chip for control and data processing, and 128x32 OLED point array LCD display. The instrument has a built-in lithium polymer rechargeable battery and supports work while charging. It is suitable for processing, manufacturing, inspection, commodity inspection and other departments, especially for on-site inspection of large workpieces and production lines.

Principle
The instrument integrates microprocessor technology and sensing technology, and collects asperity signals on the surface of parts through High Accuracy Piezoelectric Crystal Sensor. Professional microprocessor and highly integrated circuit design form an ultra-small architecture. The DSP chip processes and calculates the collected signals at high speed, and finally displays the asperity parameters (such as Ra, Rz, etc.) on the OLED display screen.
