The digital ultrasonic flaw detection (UFD) instrument emits ultrasonic pulses to the material to be inspected through Probe. When ultrasonic waves propagate inside the material and encounter defects (such as crazing, pores), reflection echoes will be generated. The instrument receives and processes these echo signals, converts them into electrical signals for amplification and digitalization analysis, and automatically calculates the location, size, and equivalent of the defect, and displays the A-scan waveform on the screen to realize the positioning, evaluation and diagnosis of defects.

Automatic calibration Speed of sound, Probe zero, K value, leading edge and other parameters (support one-button Automatic calibration or two-hole calibrating method). 3. Set parameters such as flaw detection channel, gain, detection range, etc., and you can choose to call built-in standards or custom standards. 4. After the workpiece surface is coupled, scan and observe the screen A scan waveform and gate alarm. 5. When a defect is found, the instrument automatically displays and records information such as its depth, level, distance, amplitude, equivalent dB, and aperture value. 6. Defects can be evaluated using DAC/AVG/TCG Linear dispersion, or cross-sectional information can be obtained using B-scan function. 7. Save the A scan waveform, data and video of the flaw detection process. 8. After the flaw detection is completed, the data can be exported through computer communication software and a flaw detection report can be generated.
