Overview
The ASP-300 (Glass Platform) Knob Motorized Variable Speed Lab Coater is a device designed to reduce Coating Weight factors and produce accurate Spreader samples quickly and efficiently.
Features
1. Knob type electric variable speed control, coating speed can be adjusted in the range of 0~ 6m/min.
2. Spreader uniformity is ensured by bar coating method.
3. Glass platform to provide flat and stable Spreader substrate.
4. The effective coating area is large, up to 480 * 330mm, and the application width is 330mm.
Principle
The device is driven by a motor to move the coating rod linearly on the Glass platform. After the user sets the coating speed, the coating rod scrapes the material to be Spreader at a constant speed, and the specific wire diameter on the bar scrapes the coating evenly on the surface of the substrate to form the desired thickness of coating.

Steps
Connect the device to a 110V to 220V power supply.
2. Place the substrate to be Spreader flat on the Glass platform.
3. Select and install the appropriate specification of the coating rod.
4. Place the material to be Spreader at the starting end of the Spreader.
5. Set the desired coating speed through the knob.
6. Start the equipment, the coating rod automatically completes Spreader Travel (maximum 310mm).
7. After the Spreader is completed, remove the sample for subsequent processing.
Notice
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage matches the equipment requirements (110V~ 220V).
• Ensure that the Glass platform and coating rod are clean and free of residues, so as not to affect the Spreader effect.
• The coating speed needs to be adjusted according to the material characteristics. It is recommended to start the test at a low speed.
• The maximum Spreader width of the device is 330mm, please do not use it beyond the range.
• Do not place your hands or Miscellaneous items in the path of the coating rod during operation.
• Device weight is 16Kg, please pay attention to safety when moving and installing.
• Please select the appropriate bar specification according to the thickness requirements of the Spreader.
