Overview
OSP-10 L2000φ 16 is a formed steel wire coating bar (D-Bar) produced by OSP in Japan. It is made of stainless steel, with a total length of 2000mm, an effective application width of 1400mm, and a main rod diameter of 16mm. This product is designed to replace the traditional steel wire coating bar, solve the problems of loose, broken wires, and difficult cleaning of steel wires. It can also achieve a minimum wet film thickness control of 1.5μm, which is suitable for ultra-thin Spreaders.

Principle
Spreader liquid on the surface of the substrate, using the D-Bar scraping the liquid surface, through its specific groove structure to adjust (scrape off) the amount of excess liquid, thereby controlling the wet film thickness left on the substrate.

Steps
