The TQC sheen VF1200 Illuminant light box is a multi-source viewing system for the inspection and Color Matching of inks, paints, plastics, cosmetics, Spinning & weaving products, knitwear, leather, food, paper, colorants and Miscellaneous coloured materials. The product offers a wide range of lighting conditions to evaluate gloss, structure, damage and Metamerism phenomena, with a removable viewing platform and run time counters, support for 110V/220V power switching, ensuring Illuminant stability without flicker.
Features
1. Equipped with a bulb Timer to track the aging and total running time of each Illuminant.
2. Standard with five different Illuminants.
3. Multiple Illuminants can be activated simultaneously.
4. UV detection function, used to observe Fluorescent Whitening Agent, whitening agent or fluorescent pigment.
5. Standard 45 ° tilt table, using Munsell N5,5 Grey standard.

Principle
The TQC Illuminant box integrates a variety of Illuminants, including artificial daylight D65, TL84, incandescent A, UV, and D5000 fluorescent lamps, for visual inspection and Color matching under specific lighting conditions. Users can select or combine Illuminants to evaluate Color performance, gloss, and structural properties of materials under different lighting conditions to ensure Color conformity.

Steps
Connect the power supply and select 110V or 220V voltage.
2. Turn on the light box power switch.
3. Select single or multiple Illuminants for activation as required.
4. Place the sample to be tested on a 45 ° tilted table for visual inspection.
5. Use the Bulb Timer to monitor Illuminant Run Time.
6. Turn off the power after the test is completed.
