ZY-TB-B1 Automatic Film Applicator is a small Lab Film Applicator designed to solve the problem of coating differences caused by inconsistent speed and pressure control during artificial film. The device ensures uniform, smooth and high reproducibility wet-film coatings on different substrates by precisely controlling the speed and stable pressure of the Spreader, which is suitable for R & D and scientific research.

Principle
The core principle of this Automatic Film Applicator is the precise and stable control of the traverse speed of the Coater blade and the pressure applied to the film applicator through a precise mechanical and Control system. Stability is eliminated by manual operation, resulting in a wet-film with uniform thickness and high conformity on the substrate, which significantly improves the reproducibility and comparability of experimental films.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it on the Spreader platform, which can be fixed using the substrate fixture.
2. According to the experimental requirements, set the coating speed and Spreader thickness parameters through Touchscreen.
3. Place the material to be Spreader (such as paint, Adhesive) in the Spreader starting area in front of the Drawdown blade.
4. Start the equipment, Drawdown blade will automatically complete the uniform speed scraping process according to the set parameters.
5. After the Spreader is completed, remove the sample for subsequent processing or testing.
Notice
• The power supply of the device is 220V 50Hz, please ensure that the power supply matches.
• Before Spreader, please consider the use of Accessories such as silicone pads and weights to ensure uniform pressure according to the uneven thickness of the substrate.
• When performing Spreader operation, a leakage tank can be installed as required to prevent material spillage.
• For special application width requirements, the application width control baffle can be used.
• If you need custom functions (such as jet system, UV curing, automatic inking), please ask before purchasing.
Equipment is heavy (45Kg), please pay attention to safety when moving and installing.
• Ensure that the Spreader platform is level with a trimming horizontal height support foot device.
