ZY-TB-B2 Automatic Film Applicator is an experimental small Lab Film Applicator, all imported accessories. It ensures the uniformity and smoothness of the Spreader or gluing effect by precisely controlling the speed of the Spreader and applying a stable pressure. It effectively solves the problem of coating differences caused by inconsistent speed and pressure of artificial films, and greatly improves the reproducibility of the film. It is suitable for Spreader accurate wet-film on different substrates.

Principle
Spreader the coating evenly on the substrate surface by precisely controlling the traverse speed of the Spreader and applying a steady, adjustable pressure on the bar or Drawdown blade. The core of the Automatic Film Applicator is to eliminate the speed and pressure inconvenience in manual operation, thus ensuring that the wet film thickness and uniformity formed by each Spreader are highly consistent.

Steps
1. Prepare the Spreader substrate and place it in the working area of the equipment.
2. Install bar or Blade Coating head as required.
3. Set coating speed, thickness and other parameters through Touchscreen.
4. Start the device and complete the Spreader process automatically.
5. After the Spreader is completed, follow-up processing or testing is performed.

• Please ensure the level of the equipment before use (fine-tuning the level height support foot device can be used).
• Accessories such as silicone pads and weights can be selected to ensure uniform pressure according to the uneven thickness of the substrate.
• Please pay attention to safety when operating and avoid touching moving parts.
• Maintain equipment regularly to ensure the normal operation of imported parts and complete machines.
• Customized functions (e.g. jet system, UV curing device) need to be selected according to specific experimental requirements.
