Overview
ZY-TB-B4 Automatic Film Applicator is an experimental small Lab Film Applicator with imported accessories, designed to solve the problem of artificial film inconsistency. It ensures accurate and uniform wet-film Spreader on different substrates by precisely controlling the speed and pressure of the Spreader, which significantly improves the reproducibility of the film. It is suitable for R & D institutions, universities and R & D institutions.

Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator uses a precision Control system to stabilize and precisely control the speed of the Spreader and the pressure applied to the film applicator. When the Spreader is used, the film applicator (bar or Drawdown blade) moves at a uniform speed and pressure at a set speed, thus forming a wet-film coating with uniform thickness and high conformity on the substrate, overcoming the differences caused by manual operation.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it on the Spreader platform, using fixtures to ensure stability.
2. According to the experimental requirements, install the appropriate film applicator (bar or Drawdown blade) and set the Spreader thickness.
3. Set parameters such as coating speed and heating temperature (if required) through Touchscreen.
4. Start the device, and the Automatic Film Applicator will complete the Spreader process according to the set parameters.
5. After the Spreader is completed, remove the sample for subsequent processing or testing.
Notice
• Please ensure that the device power supply (220V 50Hz) is connected correctly and stably before use.
• Please pay attention to safety during operation and avoid contact with heating parts to prevent burns.
• According to the uneven thickness of the substrate, Accessories such as silicone pads and weights can be selected to ensure uniform Spreader.
• Regularly clean the film applicator and platform to keep the equipment clean so as not to affect the Spreader accuracy.
• When setting parameters, please refer to the equipment specifications to ensure that they are within the allowable range (such as coating speed, temperature, etc.).
• If you need customized functions (such as jet system, UV curing), please communicate with the supplier in advance to confirm.
The equipment is heavy (55Kg), so it is necessary to pay attention to safety when moving.
