ZY-TB-X1 Automatic Film Applicator is a small experimental Lab Film Applicator with imported accessories, which is cost-effective. The equipment ensures the uniformity and smoothness of the Spreader or gluing effect by precisely controlling the speed and pressure of the Spreader, effectively solves the problem of poor artificial film conformity, and significantly improves the reproducibility of the film. It is widely used in enterprise R & D institutions, universities and scientific research institutes.

Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator uses Blade Coating. Its Working Principle is to precisely adjust the traverse speed (coating speed) of the Coater blade and the pressure applied to the Drawdown blade through the Control system to form a uniform and flat wet-film on the substrate. The device is equipped with a Vacuum chuck table to fix the substrate, ensuring the Stability of the Spreader process, and achieving high-repeability accurate film.

Steps
1. Prepare the Spreader substrate and place it on the Vacuum chuck table.
2. According to requirements, set coating speed, thickness and other parameters through Touchscreen.
3. Install or adjust Drawdown blade to desired Spreader thickness.
4. Start the device and start the automatic Spreader process.
5. After the Spreader is completed, remove the sample for subsequent processing or testing.
Notice
The equipment needs to be connected to a 220V 50Hz power supply and grounded properly.
• Please check whether the connection of external accessories such as vacuum pump is normal before use.
• According to the uneven thickness of the substrate, optional Accessories such as silicone pad and weight can be used to ensure uniform Spreader.
• Customized functions (e.g. jet system, UV curing) need to be specified at the time of booking.
• Keep the equipment clean, especially the Spreader area, to avoid residue affecting the film mass.
