Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator achieves uniform, constant pressure Spreaders on different substrates by precisely controlling the speed of the Spreader and the pressure applied to the film applicator (bar). The device replaces manual operation and eliminates the inconsistencies in the speed and pressure of the Spreader due to human factors, thus ensuring that each Spreader can obtain a wet-film sample with high reproducibility, smooth and flat.
