Overview
ZY-TB-B3 Automatic Film Applicator is a small experimental Lab Film Applicator, all using imported accessories, which has won the favor of many multinational R & D institutions, well-known universities and scientific research institutions at home and abroad at a preferential price. The equipment ensures the uniformity and smoothness of the Spreader or gluing effect by precisely controlling the speed of the Spreader and applying a stable pressure. It aims to solve the inconsistency problem caused by artificial film due to factors such as speed and pressure, and significantly improve the reproducibility of the film.

Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator uses Blade Coating. Its Working Principle is to apply the coating evenly to the surface of the substrate by precisely controlling the traverse speed (coating speed) of the coating applicator and the steady pressure applied to the film applicator. The device has a built-in heating plate (Aluminum Panel, resistance wire heating), which can heat the substrate during the Spreader process to control the coating drying process or adapt to specific material requirements, so as to achieve accurate and repeability wet-film preparation.

Steps
1. Spreader substrate and coating.
2. Fix the substrate in the effective Spreader area (400 * 300mm) of the equipment table.
3. Set the required Spreader parameters through Touchscreen, including coating speed (5~ 180mm/s), Spreader thickness (0~ 10mm) and heating temperature (RT +~ 200 ℃).
4. Install or adjust the Blade Coating to the set thickness.
5. Start the device and complete the Spreader process automatically.
6. After the Spreader is completed, remove the sample and perform subsequent processing or testing.
Notice
• The total power consumption of the device is 2060W, and a 220V 50Hz power supply is required. Please ensure that the power supply meets the requirements.
• Please read the manual carefully before operation and be familiar with the Touchscreen control interface and various parameter settings.
• When setting Spreader parameters, it should be done within the equipment specification range (e.g. speed, thickness, temperature).
• Spreader thickness adjustment accuracy is 0.003mm, please pay attention to the display accuracy when setting.
• Heating temperature display accuracy is +/- 2 ℃, the actual temperature may fluctuate within this range.
• Dimension of equipment is 690 * 410 * 520mm, weight 55Kg, please make sure that the platform is stable and there is enough space.

• During maintenance, please note that the equipment is in a power-off state.
