Overview
ZY-TB-A3 Automatic Film Applicator is a bar-type Lab Film Applicator for accurately Spreader wet-film on different substrates. The device can repeatedly and continuously prepare smooth and flat test samples, effectively solving the inconsistencies caused by artificial film due to speed, pressure and other factors, and greatly improving the reproducibility of film. Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator motor drives the Spreader head (bar) to move across the substrate at a set constant speed, while flattening the substrate with a Vacuum chuck platform. Spreader precise, uniform thickness wet-film coatings on different substrates by precisely controlling the Spreader speed, bar specification, and optional pressure (e.g. weight) or heating conditions.

Steps
1. Connect the device to a 220V 50Hz power supply.
2. According to the requirements of the Spreader, install the appropriate bar and optional Accessories (such as leakage tank, substrate fixing fixture, etc.).
3. Place the substrate to be Spreader on the Vacuum chuck platform and start the Vacuum chuck fixation.
4. Set the required coating speed, temperature (if heating) and other parameters through Touchscreen.
5. Place the liquid to be Spreader at the starting position of the Spreader.
6. Start the device and the Spreader header will automatically complete the Spreader process.
7. After the Spreader is completed, the sample is removed for subsequent processing or testing.
Notice
The total power consumption of the device is 2060W, please ensure that the power supply meets the requirements of 220V 50Hz and has the corresponding load capacity.
• Spreader thickness range depends on the specifications of the selected bar, and the appropriate bar needs to be selected according to the experimental requirements.
• If the thickness of the Spreader substrate is uneven, Accessories such as weight can be used to adjust the applied pressure.
• The equipment has customizable functions (such as jet system, UV curing device, etc.), which need to be customized in advance if there are special needs.
• Please pay attention to safety when operating and avoid touching moving parts.
• The vacuum pump in the Optional accessories is an external configuration and needs to be connected separately.
