Overview
The electric paper pattern press (hydraulic press) is a special supporting equipment for various paper pattern readers in the papermaking laboratory. It is used for hot pressing experimental equipment for paper samples with a size of not more than 320mm × 260mm. It can complete experiments such as paper-plastic molding and wood-based panel hot pressing. The entire hydraulic system uses a special oil cylinder and a special high-pressure holding component, and the oil pump can maintain the pressure for a long time after stopping work, so the startup time is short, the working time is long, and it is ultra-quiet.
Features
1. Using a dedicated oil cylinder and a dedicated high-pressure holding component, the oil pump can maintain the pressure for a long time after it stops working
2. Short boot time, long working time, ultra-quiet
3. Tests such as paper-plastic molding and wood-based panel hot pressing can be completed
4. Temperature control using PID intelligent control, control accuracy of +/- 3 ℃
5. Operating Pressure 0-5MPa adjustable
Principle
The device drives the press plate to apply pressure to the pattern through the hydraulic system, and at the same time heats the press plate through the electric heating system to realize the hot pressing treatment of the pattern. The hydraulic system adopts a special oil cylinder and a high pressure holding element to ensure stable and lasting pressure.
Applications
Papermaking laboratory, pattern prepative, paper-plastic forming experiment, wood-based panel hot pressing experiment
Standards
QB/T3703-1999 (Preparation of pulp laboratory sheets + conventional sheet shaper method)
Steps
1. Place the pattern on the press plate
2. Set Required Operating Pressure and Temperature Parameters
3. Start the equipment for hot pressing treatment
4. Take out the pattern after the pressing is completed
Notice
• Pattern size should not exceed 320mm × 260mm
• Check whether the hydraulic system is normal before use
• Pay attention to high temperature parts during operation to avoid burns
• Regularly check the running status of all parts of the equipment
