Overview

The pattern rapid drying machine (model: ZY-KGZ-2) is a domestic (CN) test equipment mainly used for rapid vacuum heating drying of wet paper samples with a diameter of not more than φ 200mm. It is suitable for identifying Pulp performance and formulating Refining process specifications. The equipment can also be used for vacuum drying of Miscellaneous similar film thickness below 10mm and diameter less than 200mm.

Features

1. High Temperature Control Accuracy, High Vacuum Level, Large Extraction Volume. 2. Vacuum heating drying method is adopted, and the drying speed is fast. 3. Do not use circulating water to chill down during intermittent use. 4. The heating element adopts an integrated heating plate, which has a long lifespan and is easy to replace. 5. Provide glycerin heating and Hot Plate heating in two ways. 6. Vacuumpump adopts three-stage centrifugal design with a diameter of 150mm and 28-tooth large impeller, and the motor power is 2.2KW to ensure high Vacuum Level and large pumping capacity. 7. The temperature control system adopts intelligent PID control, with short circuit, disconnection, over-temperature alarm function, high measurement and control accuracy, safe and reliable. 8. The vacuum system uses electromagnetic control for easy operation.

Principle

In the vacuum environment, heating elements (optional glycerin heating or Hot Plate heating) are used to provide heat to accelerate water evaporation, while Vacuumpump extracts air to reduce environment pressure and improve drying efficiency.
