Overview
ZY-CP-2 water circulation sheet reader is a special equipment for domestic (CN) papermaking laboratory, which is used to form paper sheets made of Pulp φ 200 pattern. The equipment has fast sheet copying speed, stable mass, intuitive and reliable, and has the characteristics of small size, easy disassembly and operation. It adopts white water circulation, electric sizing, aerodynamic bubble homogenizing and manual homogenizing dual-use design, equipped with large-diameter manual valve to drain water, and can be externally vacuum suction.

Principle
Pulp is fed into the extraction cylinder by electric sizing, Pulp is uniformly distributed by aerodynamic bubble homogenization or manual homogenization, and the paper forming process is completed by white water circulation system and large-diameter manual valve.

Steps
1. Prepare Pulp and Start Device
2. Select homogenization method (aerodynamic bubble homogenization or manual homogenization)
3. Carry out electric sizing operation
4. Complete the copying process through the white water circulation system
5. Use a large diameter manual valve to drain water
6. Optional external vacuum suction assisted dehydrating
