Overview
The water circulation sheet reader is a paper forming equipment used in the papermaking laboratory to make Pulp into φ 200 paper patterns. This machine has fast sheet copying speed, stable mass, intuitive and reliable, small size, easy disassembly and operation and movement; white water circulation, electric water supply, aerodynamic bubble homogenizer and manual homogenizer dual-use, fast water release, can be connected to external vacuum suction, stainless steel cabinet. This product adopts a special sealing and clamping device to avoid common faults such as burrs and pulp leakage that are easy to occur in the papermaking process.
Features
1. The copying speed is fast, the mass is stable, intuitive and reliable;
2. Small size, easy to disassemble and operate.
3. White water circulation, electric water supply;
4. Aerodynamic bubble homogenization and manual homogenization dual-use;
5. Quickly release water;
6. Can be external vacuum suction;
7. Stainless steel cabinet;
8. Use special sealing and clamping devices to avoid common faults such as burrs and pulp leakage.
Principle
Pulp is uniformly distributed in the copy cylinder through white water circulation and electric water supply system, combined with aerodynamic bubble homogenization or manual homogenization mode, and then quickly drained and assisted by external vacuum suction molding, and finally made of φ 200 pattern.
Standards
QB/T3703-1999 (Preparation of pulp laboratory sheets + conventional sheet shaper method)
Steps
1. Prepare Pulp and add fetch cartridge;
2. Select aerodynamic bubble homogenization or manual homogenization method;
3. Start the electric water supply system for white water circulation;
4. Quickly release water after the homogenization is completed;
5. Can be externally vacuum suction-assisted molding;
6. Take out the made φ 200 pattern.
Notice
• Make sure the power connection of the device is normal before operation;
• Pay attention to safety when using the homogenization function;
• Regularly check the sealing and clamping devices to avoid burrs and leakage;
• Avoid damaging the stainless steel cabinet when cleaning the equipment;
• Make sure the interface is firm when external vacuum suction is connected.
