Principle
Stirring is the process of combining materials from different sources under the action of external energy, and its effect is affected by parameters such as material aggregation state, density, and viscosity. The Stirrer uses a motor to drive the Impeller to perform circular motion to dissolve and mix the homogeneous or solid particles in the compatible liquid. Accelerating the stirring speed can promote dissolving and increase the rate of chemical reactions, and is widely used in occasions where temperature or concentration differences of equilibrating are required.

Steps
Connect the device to an AC100~ 240V, 50/60Hz power supply.
2. Load a stirringrod (such as a three-blade helical Impeller) with a diameter of φ 2~ 10mm into the chuck and fix it.
3. Set the required stirring Rotation speed (range 30~ 2000rpm) through the knob, and the digital screen will display the setting value.
4. If necessary, set the running time (range 1 to 6000 minutes).
5. Start the device, start stirring, and the digital screen will display the actual output Rotation speed.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted steplessly through the knob at any time during the experiment.
7. After reaching the set time or manually stopping, end the operation.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in the range of AC100~ 240V. Frequency 50/60Hz.
• The diameter of the stirringrod (paddle) should be between φ 2 and 10mm, and the penetration diameter should not exceed φ 8mm.
Processing capacity is up to 20L, medium viscosity range is 0~ 20000mPa · s.
• Ambient Temperature shall not exceed 40 ° C and relative humidity shall not exceed 80%.
• Equipment Protection Rating is IP40, please pay attention to the Operating Environment to prevent solid foreign matter from entering.
• When running at high load for a long time, the built-in overload protection will start, please ensure that the load is within the allowable range.
• Do not exceed Max. Torque when operating (13.1N.cm/39.0N.cm, see specifications for details).
