Overview
The ANGNI high-speed dispersed Mulser AD300L-H is a series-excited miniature high-speed motor-driven device with a compact structure, suitable for laboratory or pilot plant, used for stirring and mixing of low to medium and high viscosity liquids and shearing emulsification of crushed granular materials in liquid media. The machine consists of a high-speed motor, a shearing emulsification head and a speed control controller.
Features
1. The drive main engine adopts die-cast aluminum alloy body, which runs stably.
2. The working head is made of high-quality stainless steel and has a wide range of experimental applications.
3. Rotation speed is controlled by the microprocessor, which can immediately and effectively compensate for the change of Rotation speed caused by load change and Power supply voltage fluctuation, and the constant speed is reliable.
4. Built-in soft start and automatic overload protection ensure the safety of continuous operation at full load for a long time.
5. Rotation speed stepless adjustment to meet the constant correction of stirring Rotation speed in the experiment.
6. "H-type" digital display Rotation speed is intuitive, which provides convenience for experimental data collection; it has the function of running timing control to ensure that the timing of the experiment is effectively controllable.
Principle
The device drives the shearing emulsification head through a high-speed motor, so that the experimental medium experiences the triple effect of extrusion, strong Impact and loss of pressure expansion in the material liquid, so as to achieve the refinement of the material and make it more uniformly mixed with each other to prevent or reduce delamination with the material liquid.
Applications
Tissue dispersion, sample preparation, enzyme treatment in the food industry, liquid and liquid phase, liquid and solid phase experiments in the industrial, cosmetic industry, paints industry and Petrochemicals in the field of biotechnology. Such as: homogenization and emulsification processes in the production of dairy, beverages, cosmetics, and other products.
