Overview
The viscosity temperature control machine is a device that integrates viscosity measurement and temperature precision control, breaking through the market SHANGFEN body machine combination method. The system is composed of a 7-inch Touchscreen host, a small sample adapter, an SC4 rotor and a temperature controller. The sample dosage is only 2-16ml. The cylindrical geometry of the SC4 rotor ensures accurate viscosity measurement, and the electric lift control is accurately positioned. Easy to load, unload and clean.

Principle
The viscosity measurement system is combined with the SC4 rotor through a small sample adapter to perform sample thermostatic under the control of a thermostat. Stir action of the rotor and a small sample volume reduce temperature inhomogeneity and achieve fast thermostatic. The system controls the Rotor speed through stepless transmission, measures viscosity data, and allows the user to correct the temperature and viscosity coefficient. The data can be stored by USB flash drive.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn it on.
2. Install a small sample cartridge and SC4 rotor.
3. Set temperature parameters for sample thermostatic.
4. Select RPM and start viscosity measurement.
5. Save the data to the USB flash drive as needed.
