Overview
The VM6360 Vibration meter is a LANDTEK brand device designed for on-site measurement of various mechanical vibrations. It uses a high-performance piezoelectric acceleration Sensor to provide accurate and reproducible measurement data. It supports USB, RS-232 and Bluetooth data output. It is suitable for quality control, runtime monitoring and prior equipment maintenance.
Features
1. Wide frequency range, up to 10Hz~ 10KHz in acceleration mode; 2. Comply with international standard ISO2954 for periodic motion measurement; 3. Support USB and RS-232 data cable output and PC communication; 4. Adopt high-performance accelerometer to ensure measurement accuracy and reproducibility; 5. With AC signal output, easy to auscultation and recording; 6. Optional headset as stethoscope; 7. Provide Bluetooth data output selection; 8. Specially designed for on-site mechanical vibration measurement, support metric imperial conversion and battery voltage indication.
Principle
The VM6360 Vibration meter works based on the principle of Piezoelectric Acceleration Sensor, which converts mechanical vibrations into electrical signals, measures displacement, velocity and acceleration parameters through internal processing circuits, and outputs AC signals for auscultation and recording. Data can be transmitted to a PC for analysis via USB, RS-232 or Bluetooth.
Applications
Mechanical vibration measurement, quality control, running time monitoring, equipment maintenance
Steps
1. Install 4 AA batteries and check the battery voltage; 2. Connect the Probe cable (6 meters long) to the device; 3. Select the measurement mode (displacement, speed or acceleration); 4. Place the Sensor on the mechanical surface to be tested; 5. Read the measurement data, you can choose metric or imperial units; 6. For data transmission, connect to the PC via USB, RS-232 or Bluetooth; 7. Optional headphones for auscultation; 8. Turn off the device after use and save it properly.
Notice
* The operation temperature range is 0~ 50 ° C, avoid using in extreme temperatures; * The relative humidity should be less than 90% RH to prevent the equipment from getting wet; * Ensure that the battery voltage is sufficient and replace it in time when the voltage is low; * Probe line length is 6 meters, avoid excessive bending or pulling when using; * Calibrate the equipment before measurement to ensure accuracy; * Ensure stable connection when data transmission; * Store in a drying environment to avoid impact.
