YIHENG BCV-2F Clean Bench is a device that provides a dust-free and sterile local air purification working environment, which is widely used in research in electronic technology, aerospace, precision instruments, instrumentation, fine chemicals, food and other fields. The product adopts an adjustable air volume fan system, which keeps the average wind speed in the working area within the rated range by adjusting the working conditions of the fan, effectively prolonging the service life of the high-efficiency Filter.

Principle
The product drives the air flow through the adjustable air volume fan system, and adopts the vertical air flow direction to form a dust-free and sterile environment in the working area. Equipped with pre-Filter and HEPA high-efficiency Filter, the 0.3 μm particulate matter (PM) can be efficiently filtered to ensure that the working area reaches the ISO5 cleanliness level.

Steps
1. Power on AV220V/50Hz
2. Adjust the working conditions of the fan to maintain the average wind speed in the working area at ≥ 0.3m/s
3. Use self-equilibrating to slide up and down tempered glass window positioning
4. Turn on the lighting and UV sterilizing lamp
5. Use a spare socket to connect the required equipment
