Overview
YIHENG BCV-1CU Clean Bench is a double person single-sided, horizontal air flow local air purification equipment, providing a dust-free and sterile working environment. It adopts an adjustable air volume fan system to keep the average air speed in the working area within the rated range and effectively prolong the service life of the high-efficiency Filter. This product is widely used in electronic technology, aerospace, precision instruments, meters, fine chemicals, food and other research fields.
Features
1. Transparent tempered glass windows are used on both sides of the cabinet to increase lighting performance.
2. Slide the tempered glass window up and down from the equilibrate, which can be positioned arbitrarily.
The worktop is made of 304 stainless steel, making it easy to clean.

Principle
The Clean Bench drives the air through the built-in fan system. After the air is initially purified by the pre-Filter, it is deeply purified by the HEPA high-efficiency filter to remove the particulate matter (PM) in the air ≥ 0.3 μm, resulting in a clean, horizontal flow sterile and dust-free environment in the work area. The adjustable air volume system is used to maintain the stable wind speed in the work area.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AV220V/50Hz).
2. Turn on the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp to disinfect the working area.
3. After disinfection is complete, turn off the UV Lamp and turn on the fan and lighting system.
4. By adjusting the working conditions of the fan, the average wind speed in the working area is achieved and maintained at ≥ 0.3 m/s.
5. The operator can perform the experimental operation through the equilibrating sliding glass window, and can use the spare socket.
6. After use, turn off the fan and lighting, and clean the countertop.
Notice
● Before use, ensure that the equipment is well grounded and the Power supply voltage meets the requirements (AV220V/50Hz).
● When turning on the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp, personnel should leave the working area to avoid direct ultraviolet radiation.
Regularly check and replace the Pre-Filter and HEPA High Efficiency Filter to ensure the purification effect.
● When operating, the opening amplitude and Frequency of the front door in the working area should be minimized to maintain stable airflow.
When cleaning the countertop, use appropriate detergent to avoid corrosion of 304 stainless steel surface.
The noise during equipment operation should be less than or equal to 62dB (A), and any abnormal increase should be checked.
● Note that the maximum power of the device is 500VA, do not overload the use of spare sockets.
