Overview
B-500-A homogenization Disperser is a small and fast tissue homogenization, dispersion and emulsification device supported by Handheld/bracket. It is suitable for 0.1-50 ml, 10-5,000 ml, 100ml-8,000 ml, 100-40,000 ml liquid/liquid, liquid/solid samples with different dispersion heads. The speed can reach 30000rpm. The device is smart and convenient, and adopts the structure of the claw type high shear working head. A variety of dispersion head combinations are optional, which can easily meet a variety of high-demand dispersion emulsification experiments.
Features
1. Disperse sample viscosity up to 10000mPas
2. Any set of stators and rotors can be interchanged, sharing the same dispersing shaft, saving costs
3. High mass 316L stainless steel dispersion head, corrosion resistance, high temperature disinfection resistance
4. Automatic overload protection function extends the life of the motor
5. The speed can be adjusted continuously for 6 gears, ensuring a good dispersion effect
6. Triple safety protection measures: overload protection, smooth start, safety switch
Principle
The sample is cycled into the narrow space between the stator and rotor in high-speed relative motion, and is quickly cut and crushed. Tissues such as muscle, liver, breast, etc. can be completely homogenized in 10-30 seconds.
Applications
Biology, gene research, tissue crushing, cell plasticization, pathological analysis, oil-water emulsification, nanomaterial dispersion, dairy homogenization, coalescence reaction, daily cosmetics, inks coatings, fine chemicals, pesticides, prospecting, environmental protection, energy
Steps
1. Choose the right dispersion head
Step 2 Connect the power supply
3. Set the desired speed gear
4. Start the device for decentralized processing
5. Turn off the device after processing is complete
Notice
• Pay attention to the use of triple safety precautions
• Ensure Sample Handling is within Equipment Specifications
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 0-40 ℃, humidity should not exceed 85%
• Power frequency matching before use
• Avoid overload to prolong equipment life
