Overview
B-500-B homogeneous Disperser is a handheld/bracket support small rapid tissue homogenization, dispersion and emulsification device, using a claw high shear head structure, speed up to 30000rpm, suitable for 0.1-50 ml, 10-5000ml, 100ml-8000ml, 100-40000ml liquid/liquid, liquid/solid samples.

Principle
The sample is cycled into the narrow space between the stator and rotor in high-speed relative motion, and is quickly cut and crushed. Tissues such as muscle, liver, breast, etc. can be completely homogenized in 10-30 seconds.

Steps
1. Select the dispersion head suitable for the sample volume.
2. Place the sample in a container.
3. Turn on the device and adjust to the desired speed gear.
4. Perform homogenization, dispersion or emulsification.
5. Turn off the device after processing is complete.

• Power frequency matching (110-120V/60Hz or 220-240V/50-60Hz) before use.
• Pay attention to the safety switch and overload protection function when operating.
• Only used in 0-40 ℃, 85% relative humidity environment.
