Overview
B-170-A Handheld Homogeneous Disperser is a small and fast tissue homogenizer, dispersion and emulsification supported by Handheld/stent. It is suitable for 0.1-50 ml, 1-250ml, 100ml-1,000ml liquid/liquid, liquid/solid samples with different dispersion heads. The rotational speed can reach 30000rpm. The sample is cycled into the narrow space between the stator and rotor of high-speed relative motion, and is quickly cut and crushed. Tissues such as muscle, liver, breast gland, etc. can be completely homogenized in 10-30 seconds.
Features
1. Appearance design is lightweight, Handheld can be operated with one hand.
2. Suitable for homogeneous dispersion of small amounts of samples in small containers.
3. High-mass 316L stainless steel dispersion head, corrosion resistance, high temperature disinfection resistance.
4. The dispersion head is easy to disassemble and easy to clean.
5. High-speed effective motor.
6. Double insulation protection to ensure safety.
7. Can be mixed, dispersed, emulsification, homogenization and other operations.
8. The working head can be used for high temperature sterilization, repeability, and easy disassembly.
9. It is suitable for processing fluid materials in batches in small containers, such as processing muscles, internal organs, fibers, etc.
Principle
During the operation, the working head is inserted into the sample, the motor drives the stator to rotate at high speed, and the sample is homogenized or dispersed in the gap between the stator and the rotor. Such operations are generally completed in a short time.
Applications
Biology, gene research, tissue crushing, cell plasticization, pathological analysis, oil-water emulsification, nanomaterial dispersion, dairy homogenization, coalescence reaction, daily cosmetics, inks coatings, fine chemicals, pesticides, prospecting, environmental protection, energy
Steps
1. Insert the working head into the sample.
2. Start the motor to drive the stator to rotate at high speed.
3. The sample is homogenized or dispersed in the gap between the stator and the rotor.
Notice
• During operation, ensure that the sample is circulated between the stator and rotor.
The homogenization time is generally short to avoid overtreatment.
• Disassemble the dispersion head in time for cleaning after use.
• The working ambient temperature range is 0-40 ° C, and the humidity does not exceed 85%.
• Pay attention to double insulation protection to ensure safety.
