Overview
The FA2204N Electronic Balance is a precision weighing instrument from the JINGQI brand. It uses strain Sensor, Capacitive Sensor or electromagnetic equilibrate Sensor technology for accurate measurement of object mass. The strain Sensor is simple in structure, low in cost but limited in accuracy. It is suitable for mass analysis in scientific research, education and industry.
Features
1. FA-N series electronic analytical Balance is accurate, stable, multi-functional and automated to meet the requirements of laboratory mass analysis.
2. Adopt high-performance MCS-51 single-chip microprocessor control to ensure high accuracy of weighing results.
3. With RS232C standard output port, it can be connected to printers and computers for extended use.
4. Fully transparent design, larger weighing range, external power supply, backlight intelligent control, LCD large font display.
5. Functions include automatic correction, adjustable integration time, adjustable Sensitivity, fault alarm, hanging weighing, de-tare weight, cumulative weighing, weighing unit conversion, counting function, printing function.
Principle
Electronic Balance detects the mass of the object through a strain sensor, a capacitive sensor or an electromagnetic equilibrate sensor. The strain sensor is simple in structure, low in cost but limited in accuracy. The system is controlled by a high-performance MCS-51 single-chip microprocessor to ensure accurate weighing.
Applications
Scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, biological, industrial and mining enterprises, and other fields
Steps
Connect the power supply (220V/50Hz +/- 1Hz or 110V/60Hz).
2. Open Balance and wait for the initialization to complete.
3. Place the object to be weighed on the pan (size φ 80mm).
4. Use the function keys for automatic correction, tare weight removal, unit conversion and other operations.
5. Read the display results, and output data can be connected to external devices through the RS232C interface.
Notice
* Power frequency matching (220V/50Hz +/- 1Hz or 110V/60Hz).
* The weighing range does not exceed 0~ 220g, and the accuracy is 0.1mg.
* Avoid overloading to prevent damage to the Sensor.
* Regularly clean the pan to keep the instrument stable.
When using the RS232C interface, ensure that the connected devices are compatible.
