The DHS-20A Moisture Analyzer is a precision instrument from the JINGQI brand for the rapid determination of moisture content in samples. It uses a halogen lamp heating source with High Accuracy weighing and temperature control for operation in a variety of environments.

Principle
The Moisture Analyzer heats the sample with a halogen lamp and uses a High Accuracy weighing system to monitor the mass change of the sample during heating to calculate the moisture content. The instrument precisely adjusts the heating temperature through a temperature control system, and uses a timed automatic end to ensure the accuracy and repeatability of the measurement process.

Steps
1. Connect the instrument to a 220V AC power supply
2. Preheat for at least 30 minutes
3. Place the sample on the pan
4. Set heating temperature and timing parameters
5. Start the measurement, and the instrument will automatically end and display the results

• Ambient Temperature recommendation 15 ℃ -30 ℃, extreme temperature may affect the accuracy
• The relative humidity should be kept at 50% -75% to avoid condensation
• Power frequency fluctuation range 220 +/- 10% to ensure stable power supply
• Maximum power 350W during heating, pay attention to the power load
• The instrument has dust and moisture protection, but still needs to avoid pollution
• Can be used immediately when restored from standby without reheating
