Principle
The DHS-16A Moisture Analyzer works on the principle of thermogravimetry, heating the sample with a halogen lamp to evaporate water, and has a built-in precision weighing Sensor to monitor the sample mass change in real time. The instrument automatically calculates the Moisture content percentage by calculating the sample mass difference before and after heating, enabling fast and accurate moisture determination.

Steps
1. Place the instrument in a 15 ℃ -30 ℃ environment with a relative humidity of 50% -75%
2. Turn on the 220V power supply and warm up for at least 30 minutes
3. Place the sample on the φ 100mm pan
4. Set heating temperature (50 ℃ -180 ℃) and timing time (0-99 minutes)
