Overview
HUXI S10 (set) handheld high-speed homogenizer is a professional homogenizer using thyristor high-speed adjustment system and Hall element speed measurement equipment. The digital display is clear and easy to use. Mainly used for animal and plant tissue homogenization pulverization and cell dispersion.

Principle
The homogenizer controls the motor Rotation speed through the thyristor speed adjustment system, and uses the Hall element to measure the speed to achieve accurate Rotation speed adjustment and display, so as to carry out high-speed shearing and dispersion of the sample.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC220V-50HZ/60HZ).
2. Select the appropriate dispersion head as required and install it quickly.
3. Place the treated sample (5 to 250 mL) in a suitable container.
4. Select the desired Rotation speed (5000~ 35000rpm, 7 gears or stepless speed regulation) through the speed control knob.
5. Start the equipment for homogenization.
6. After use, the dispersion head can be disassembled for cleaning without tools.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets the requirements (AC220V-50HZ/60HZ).
• The recommended sample volume is within the range of 5 to 250mL.
• The maximum processing viscosity of the equipment is 5500cp, please do not use it beyond the limit.
When operating, pay attention to the noise level (less than 50DB (A)).
• Equipment Protection Rating is IP30, please pay attention to the Operating Environment.
