Overview
HUXI JRJ300-D-1 shear emulsification Stirrer is a laboratory high-speed shear dispersion emulsification equipment. It is driven by a compact series micro high-speed motor. It is suitable for low to medium and high viscosity liquids in laboratories or pilot workshops. Stir mixing and pulverizing granular materials in liquid medium shear emulsification. The machine consists of a high-density die-casting aluminum alloy drive motor for the body, a good stainless steel refined shear emulsification working head and a speed control controller.
Features
1. The running state controller adopts a stepless governor, and the digital display type adopts a touch structure, which is convenient for speed regulation and correct data.
2. The drive motor is a series-excited micro-motor with high output power and compact structure, which is designed to be safe and reliable.
3. Shear emulsification Stirring head made of good stainless steel, good corrosion resistance, interchangeable stator disassembly and easy.
4. Shear emulsification Stirring head adopts connecting shaft and drive motor connection, high-speed operation is stable.
Principle
The experimental equipment is driven by a high-speed motor shearing emulsification head. The precisely matched working head turns the stator to form high-frequency, strong circumferential tangential velocity, angular velocity and other comprehensive kinetic energy under the high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, which prompts the experimental material to be sucked into the rotor area from the bottom of the experimental vessel and thrown out of the stator hole under the action of huge centrifugal force. The stator and rotor form a strong, reciprocating hydraulic shearing, friction, centrifugal extrusion, liquid flow collision and other comprehensive effects in a reasonably narrow gap. The working process is cycled in the container and can withstand tens of thousands of shearing, tearing, impact and mixing per minute, so as to achieve the effect of shearing emulsification. Its efficiency is about a thousand times higher than that of ordinary Stir.
Applications
Tissue dispersion in the field of biotechnology, sample preparation, enzyme treatment in the food industry, liquid and liquid phase, liquid and solid phase experiments in industry, cosmetic industry, paints industry and Petrochemicals, homogenization, emulsification process in the production of dairy products, beverages, cosmetics, and other products, crushing, emulsification, homogenization, coalescence, suspension, dissolve and Stir
Steps
1. Assembly equipment, including emulsification host, transmission shaft, working head, speed control box, base, column, support fixed frame and other components.
2. Select the appropriate stator configuration (e.g. 5mm ², 20mm ², or 50mm ²) according to the experimental requirements.
3. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC 220V 50Hz.
4. Turn on the power switch and set the required speed (range 200-11000rpm) through the speed controller.
5. Start the equipment, observe the operating status, and ensure that the working head operates stably at high speed.
6. After the processing is completed, turn off the power supply, remove and clean the working head.
Notice
• Power frequency meets AC 220V 50Hz requirements to avoid overload use.
• In high-speed operation, pay attention to equipment stability to prevent vibration or dumping.
• Regularly check components such as brushes and indicator lights to ensure the safety and reliability of the equipment.
• Clean the working head in time after use to prevent material residues from affecting performance.
• Select the appropriate experimental container according to the processing capacity (maximum 40L) to avoid overloading operation.
