Overview
HUXI JRJ200-SH digital display constant speed shear emulsification Stirrer is a laboratory high-speed dispersion homogenization equipment. It is driven by a compact series-excited micro-high-speed motor, which is suitable for dispersing and homogenizing experimental materials in liquid medium. The machine is composed of a high-density die-casting aluminum alloy body drive host, a good stainless steel refined dispersion homogenization head and a speed control base. It has the characteristics of high Rotation speed, large Power and easy operation.

Principle
The device is driven by a series-excited miniature high-speed motor to transfer power to the stainless steel working head. The working head swirls/spins at high speed in the liquid medium, generating a strong shear force, so as to realize the dispersion and homogenization of the experimental material. The speed control machine base can perform stepless speed regulation to precisely control the dispersion homogenization process.

Steps
1. According to Processing capacity (30~ 1500ml) and material characteristics, select the appropriate Impeller (φ 12mm or φ 18mm).
2. Install the working head to the drive motor through the coupling.
3. Place the material in a suitable container and immerse the working head in the liquid medium.
4. Power on (AC 220 V 50 Hz).
5. Through the stepless governor of the speed control base, the Rotation speed is gradually adjusted from the low speed (300rpm) to the required Rotation speed (up to 23000rpm).
6. Conduct decentralized homogenization operations, noting that the equipment is on an intermittent schedule.
7. After the operation is completed, turn off the power supply, remove and clean the working head.
Notice
• Power input is 280W and power output is 200W. Power supply voltage is AC 220 V 50 Hz.
• The device Max. Torque is 68N.cm, do not overload.
• The working head is made of stainless steel and should be cleaned in time after use to maintain corrosion resistance.
• Please operate smoothly when adjusting the speed to ensure stable operation.
Equipment is designed to work intermittently, do not run continuously for a long time.
