Overview
Shanghai HUXI (HUXI) pilot-scale high-shear dispersed Mulser HR-60Z (electric lift) is designed for pilot-scale, simulated production and small-batch production in factories. The standard working head adopts a claw structure, and the suitable stator and rotor can be freely replaced to adapt to different materials and process requirements.

Principle
The equipment drives the claw structure working head swirl/spin through a high-speed variable frequency motor, generating high shear force, and realizing the dispersion, emulsification, and homogenization of materials; the variable frequency speed regulation can precisely control the speed to adapt to different process requirements.

Steps
1. Select and install the appropriate working head as required
2. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V 50HZ.
3. The frequency conversion starts when turning on, and the required speed is set through the speed regulation function
4. Use the electric lift function to adjust the working head position
5. Perform batch processing and work continuously for no more than 8 hours
6. Remove the working head for cleaning after completion

• Maximum processing viscosity does not exceed 5000cp
• Power frequency matching to avoid overload
