Overview
HUXI HR-90Z (Electric Lift) Pilot High Shear Dispersion Mulser is designed for pilot, simulated production and small batch production in factories. The standard working head adopts a claw structure, and the suitable stator and rotor can be freely replaced to adapt to different materials and process requirements.

Principle
The equipment drives the claw structure working head swirl/spin through a high-speed variable frequency motor, and uses the shear force between the stator and rotor to realize the functions of material dispersion, emulsification, mixing, etc. The variable frequency speed regulation can precisely control the speed to adapt to different process requirements.

Steps
1. Select and install the appropriate working head according to the material and process requirements
2. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V 50HZ.
3. The frequency conversion starts when turning on, and the required speed is set through the speed control device
4. Dispersion, emulsification or mixed operation, Continuous Operating Time does not exceed 8 hours
5. Turn off the equipment after the operation is completed, and remove the working head for cleaning
Notice
• Only Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃ and relative humidity below 80%
• The viscosity of the treated material shall not exceed 8000cp
• Equipment has overload protection function to avoid overload operation
• Pay attention to safe operation when disassembling and replacing the work head
