Overview
HUXI Vortex-1 Vortex Mixer is a simple and reliable experimental equipment with small size, low power consumption and low noise. It is widely used in biochemistry, genetic engineering, medicine and other fields. It can efficiently mix liquid-liquid, liquid-solid, solid-solid (powder) samples, and the mixing speed is fast and uniform and effective.

Principle
The vortex mixer generates high-speed vortex motion through the design of the eccentric spherical shaft, and mixes the liquid, powder and other samples in a circular oscillation mode. The track diameter is 4mm to ensure that the samples are quickly and evenly mixed under high-speed vibration.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (voltage 200~ 240V, frequency 50/60Hz).
2. Select the working mode: point or continuous mode.
3. Adjust the speed as needed (fixed at 2800RPM).
4. Place the sample on the work surface and start the instrument for mixing.
5. Turn off the power after use and clean the countertop.
Notice
• Power frequency in the range of 200~ 240V, frequency matching 50/60Hz.
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity should not exceed 80%.
• Avoid use in humid or corrosive environments to prevent damage to the instrument.
• When using wear-resistant standard heads or optional modules, ensure that the installation is firm.
• Do not move the instrument when it is running to prevent accidents caused by vibration.
• Regularly check the silicone mats and countertops, and replace them in time if there is any abrasion.
