Overview
HUXI 85-2 heating Magnetic Stirrer is a heating and stirring laboratory equipment suitable for mixing and heating a variety of samples. It is magnetically driven to ensure that the sample does not come into contact with the Stirrer and avoids cross-contamination.
Features
1. Adopt a large-screen LCD display, which is convenient to operate and can store 8 sets of working procedures.
2. Intelligent control, homogenizing speed and time can be controlled.
3. Glass transparent window is easy to observe, fully open door, easy to clean.
4. The sample has no contact with the homogenizer, and no system cleaning is required if there is no sample leakage.
5. Soft homogenization, sample no pollution, no damage, no heating, no need to sterilize, no need to wash utensils.
6. Powerful sound insulation capabilities.
Principle
The device drives the magnetic stirrer swirl/spin in the container through the magnetic drive at the bottom to realize the stirring and mixing of the sample. At the same time, the built-in heating system can precisely control the temperature of the container to meet the temperature requirements during the experiment.
Applications
Microbiological analysis of food, animal tissue, biological samples, homogenization of cosmetics, microbiological analysis of meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, biscuits, and pharmaceuticals
Steps
1. Place the container containing the sample and stirrer on the work plate.
2. Set the required stirring speed and heating temperature through the LCD screen.
3. Start the equipment and start the mixing and heating process.
4. After the experiment, turn off the power of the device and remove the sample container.
Notice
* Make sure the bottom of the container is flat and in good contact with the heating tray.
Do not stir more than the maximum allowable capacity (10000mL).
* Please pay attention to high temperature when heating to avoid burns.
* Do not touch the swirling/spinning stirrer or heating plate during the operation of the equipment.
Keep equipment clean, especially fully open doors and observation windows.
Do not place items unrelated to the experiment on the device.
