Overview
HUXI RWD150 overhead powerbasic stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids, capable of high load and long-term continuous work. Mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields, with automatic overload and abnormal situation protection function to ensure laboratory safety.
Features
1. The speed range is 30-2200rpm, which can be constant speed, high and low speed is precisely controllable, the minimum speed is 30rpm, and the digital feedback guarantees constant speed and torque.
2. The speed and time have coarse and fine adjustment, coarse adjustment is fast to the setting speed, fine adjustment is accurate to the stirring speed, and can be fine-tuned in the working state.
3. Adopt maintenance-free brushless DC brushless motor for long-term continuous and stable operation.
4. Safety protection includes overload protection and motor protection, automatically cutting off the circuit and alarming.
5. Stable start to effectively prevent sample overflow.
6. The closed case prevents liquid from splashing into the internal corrosion circuit of the machine.
7. Stirring rod penetrating hole, easy to replace, no need to move Stir head up and down.
8. It can be connected to an external PC through the RS232 data transmission port to control the instrument and record the speed and torque data.
9. Adopt imported self-locking chuck, easy to operate, with locking function and high pivot degree.
10. The LCD displays the set value and actual value of the speed, and monitors the speed in real time.
11. The torque can be automatically adjusted according to the change of sample viscosity, and the speed can be fine-tuned during operation.
Principle
The equipment is driven by maintenance-free brushless DC brushless motor, and the speed is precisely controlled by coarse and fine adjustment to realize the mixing of medium and high viscosity liquids. With automatic protection function, the circuit is automatically cut off and alarmed when overload, short circuit or abnormal speed, to ensure safe operation.

Steps
Connect the power supply to ensure that the rated voltage is 100 to 240VAC.
2. Install the stirringrod and fix it with a self-locking chuck, with a clamping range of φ 0.5~ 10mm.
3. Set the required speed and time through coarse and fine adjustment.
4. Start the device, and the LCD displays the set value and actual speed to monitor the running status in real time.
5. During operation, the speed or time can be fine-tuned as required.
6. Turn off the device and disconnect the power after completing the Stir.
Notice
• Permissible Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%.
• Avoid liquid splashing into the machine to prevent corrosion of the circuit.
• Check that the chuck protective cover, safety buckle and non-slip pad are in good condition before use.
• When there is an overload, short circuit or abnormal speed, the equipment will automatically stop and alarm, and the cause of the failure needs to be checked.
• Stirring head does not need to be moved up and down when stirringrod is replaced, just adjust the Impeller height.
• Ensure good ventilation when running continuously for a long time.
• When connecting to an external PC, pay attention to the safety of the data cable connection through the RS232 interface.
