Principle
The device is driven by a motor and adopts a mechanical deceleration structure to reduce Rotation speed and increase torque. The user sets the target Rotation speed through the numerical control touch stepless governor, and the system realizes stable operation through intelligent control. The LCD screen displays the Rotation speed in real time, and has functions such as automatic torque compensation to ensure the stirring effect.

Steps
1. Place the Stirrer on a smooth countertop and connect the power supply.
2. According to the mixing requirements, select the appropriate Impeller and install it on the rotary chuck (clamping range of φ 0.5~ 10mm).
3. Place the container to be stirred in place below the Impeller.
4. Rotation speed (range 30~ 2000rpm) and timing time (range 5999min) are set by touch governor.
5. Press the start button to start stirring, and the LCD screen will display the current Rotation speed in real time.
6. After the mixing is completed, the device automatically stops or manually shuts down, removes the Impeller and cleans it.
Notice
• Power supply voltage 200V 50/60HZ, Ambient Temperature (0~ 40 ℃) and relative humidity (≤ 80%) allowed by the device.
Processing capacity is recommended in the range of 0.2~ 30L, do not overload operation.
• When installing the Impeller, make sure the clamping is firm and within the clamping range to prevent peeling during operation.
• The equipment has functions such as overload protection. In case of abnormal shutdown, please check the load and troubleshoot before starting.
• Clean metal parts after use to maintain corrosion resistance and durability.
