Overview
HW-400T microplate Shaker is a professional equipment of HUXI brand that combines DC brushless motor and microcomputer technology, specially used for high-speed oscillation of enzyme label plate and cell foster plate. The product has a one-button operation mode, the user can easily set the parameters, and can load up to 4 enzyme label plates (96-well/384-well plates) or cell foster plates (24-well, 48-well, 96-well plates) and other samples at a time.

Principle
The HW-400T microplate Shaker is driven by a DC brushless motor and combined with a microcomputer control system to achieve uniform oscillation of the sample. The equipment performs stable and reliable oscillation processing on the loaded microplate samples through the preset Oscillation Frequency and pendulum amplitude.

Steps
1. Place microplates or cell foster plates on the Shaker
2. Set Oscillation Frequency Parameters by One-Click Knob
3. Set foster time horizon
4. Start the device to start oscillating
5. After the timing ends, the device automatically stops and sends a prompt tone
Notice
• Power frequency in the range of AC110V~ 240V
• Loading samples must not exceed the capacity limit of 4 microplates
• Please confirm that the Oscillation Frequency is set within the range of 200~ 1500rpm before use
• When the equipment fails during operation, the buzzer will automatically alarm
• Do not open or move the device while it is running
