Overview
HUXI RWD100 overhead powerbasic stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids, capable of high load and long-term continuous work. Mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields, with automatic overload and abnormal situation protection function to ensure laboratory safety.
Features
1. The speed range is 30-2200rpm, which can be constant speed, high and low speed can be accurately controlled, the minimum speed is 30 rpm, and the digital feedback guarantees constant speed and torque.
2. The speed and time have coarse and fine adjustment, coarse adjustment is fast to the setting speed, fine adjustment is accurate to the stirring speed, and the time and speed can be fine-tuned in the working state.
3. Adopt maintenance-free brushless DC brushless motor for long-term continuous and stable operation.
4. Safety protection includes overload protection and motor protection. Automatically cut off the circuit and alarm when overload, short circuit, and abnormal speed occur.
5. Stable start to effectively prevent sample overflow.
6. The closed case prevents liquid from splashing into the internal corrosion circuit of the machine.
7. There are stirringrod penetration holes, and the stirringrod is easy to replace. There is no need to move the Stir head up and down, and the Impeller height can be easily adjusted.
8. It can be connected to an external PC through the RS232 data transmission port to control the instrument and record the speed and torque data.
9. Adopt imported self-locking chuck, easy and quick to operate, with locking function to prevent the stirringrod from loosening, and high axis degree.
10. The LCD displays the set value and actual value of the speed, and monitors the speed in real time.
11. The torque can be automatically adjusted according to the change of sample viscosity, and the speed can be fine-tuned during operation.
Principle
The device is driven by a maintenance-free brushless DC brushless motor, and the Impeller is fixed through a self-locking chuck to realize the mixing of medium and high viscosity liquids. When working, the motor automatically adjusts according to the set speed and torque, and the LCD displays the speed in real time, and supports data transmission and external control through the RS232 interface.

Steps
Connect the power supply to ensure that the rated voltage is 100~ 240VAC and the frequency is 50/60Hz.
2. Install the Impeller and fix it with a self-locking chuck, with a clamping range of φ 0.5~ 10mm.
Stir parameters, including rotational speed (30-2200rpm) and time (1-9999min), can be fine-tuned through coarse and fine-tuning.
4. Start the device and observe the LCD display speed setting value and actual value to ensure smooth operation.
5. During operation, the speed or monitoring data can be fine-tuned as needed, and the data can be recorded by connecting to the PC through the RS232 interface.
6. Stir, turn off the power and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Ensure Ambient Temperature in the range of 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%.
• Check safety protection features such as chuck protective cover, safety buckle and non-slip pad before use.
• To avoid overload operation, the device will automatically cut off the circuit and alarm.
• When replacing the stirringrod, there is no need to move the Stir head up and down, pay attention to adjusting the height.
• Regularly inspect the enclosed enclosure to prevent liquid from splashing into the corrosive circuit.
• If there is a fault display during operation, the equipment will automatically stop and need to be dealt with in time.
