Principle
The overhead powerbasic stirrer uses a numerical control stepless governor to achieve precise control of high and low speeds through digital display of operating speed. It is driven by a maintenance-free brushless DC brushless motor combined with a mechanical deceleration structure to provide stable torque output and ensure efficient mixing of medium and high viscosity liquids.

Steps
Connect the power supply to ensure that the rated voltage is 100 to 240VAC.
2. Fix the stirringrod through the self-locking chuck, and the clamping range is φ 0.5~ 10mm.
3. Use coarse and fine adjustment to set the speed and time, and the LCD displays the set value and the actual value.
4. Start the equipment and run smoothly to prevent sample overflow.
5. During operation, the speed can be fine-tuned according to demand or the data can be recorded by connecting to the PC through the RS232 interface.
6. Stir, turn off the power and clean the equipment.
Notice
● Ensure Ambient Temperature in the range of 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%.
To avoid overloading, the equipment has an automatic protection function, but it needs to be checked regularly.
● Use non-slip pads and safety buckles to prevent equipment from slipping or accidentally.
● When replacing the stirringrod, there is no need to move the Stir head up and down, and pay attention to the locking of the chuck.
Periodically inspect the enclosure to prevent liquid from splashing into the corrosive circuit.
In case of a malfunction display, the equipment will automatically stop, and the cause needs to be checked in time.
