Overview
HUXI HX-20L thermostatic metal bath is a thermostatic instrument using microcomputer control and semiconductor refrigeration technology. It can be configured with a variety of modules and is widely used in sample preservation, storage and reaction of various enzymes, denaturation of nucleic acids and proteins, PCR reaction, predenaturation of Electrophoresis and serum coagulation.

Principle
Using microcomputer control and semiconductor refrigeration technology, the temperature is precisely controlled and evenly distributed through the metal module to ensure the stable reaction of the sample under the set temperature conditions.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn it on.
2. Set the required temperature parameters through the touch interface
3. Set thermostatic time (1 minute to 100 hours)
4. Select multi-point operation mode, set up to 5 temperature points
5. Place the sample in the metal module to begin thermostatic treatment
6. Monitor real-time temperature and countdown display
7. Turn off the power after use
