Overview
HUXI HX-20G high temperature thermostatic metal bath is a thermostatic metal bath product using microcomputer control and semiconductor refrigeration technology. The instrument can be configured with a variety of modules and is widely used in the preservation of samples, the preservation and reaction of various enzymes, the denaturation of nucleic acids and proteins, PCR reactions, predenaturation of Electrophoresis and serum coagulation.

Principle
The product uses microcomputer control and semiconductor refrigeration technology to heat through a heated film for precise temperature control. The microcomputer temperature controller ensures accurate and reliable temperature control, while displaying real-time temperature and thermostatic countdown rooms.
Applications
Sample preservation, storage and reaction of various enzymes, denaturation of nucleic acids and proteins, PCR reaction, predenaturation of Electrophoresis, serum coagulation
Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn it on.
2. Select the appropriate module as required
3. Set temperature parameters through the touch interface
4. Set the thermostatic time (1min~ 100h)
5. For multi-point operation, temperature and thermostatic time can be set up to 5 temperature points
6. Start the device and start working
7. The device runs automatically and displays real-time temperature and countdown room
8. The equipment automatically stops or alarms after the work is completed
Notice
• Power frequency matching (AC 220V/120V, 50/60Hz)
• Do not exceed the maximum Temperature range (RT + 5~ 100 ℃)
• Regularly clean and disinfect metal modules
• The equipment has a built-in over-temperature protection device, please stop using it immediately in case of abnormality
