Overview
HUXI DC-1020 Low Temperature Circulating Bath uses a professional fluorine-free refrigeration system, the main components are directly imported, and the performance is stable and reliable. It provides a hot and cold controlled, uniform and constant temperature liquid environment for users in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, electronic instrumentation, physics, chemistry, bioengineering, life science, light industrial food, physical property testing and chemical analysis. It can be used for direct heating or cooling, or as an auxiliary temperature control source for Reaction Kettle, fully automatic synthesis instruments, extraction and condensation units.
Features
1. Adopt a fully enclosed environmentally friendly Compressor refrigeration system, free of CFC.
2. Temperature range optional, precise temperature control, built-in integrated new generation PID automatic temperature control program and High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor, large screen high-brightness LCD screen in Chinese and English display, digital display resolution 0.01 ℃.
3. The capacity range is diverse, and non-standard products can be designed according to user requirements.
4. The domestic circulation system of the non-heat centrifugal circulation pump is adopted to avoid the heat generation of the pump itself affecting the temperature field. The porous U-shaped return circulation design realizes the high uniformity of the flow field and temperature field in the tank.
5. The fuselage shell adopts anti-aging electrostatic spray technology, and the liner and countertop are made of S304 brushed stainless steel.
6. The front panel and countertop of the chassis are finely crafted, and the user-friendly R rounded corner design is adopted to avoid the operator being injured by the edges and corners.
7. Equipped with a water drainage system to facilitate laboratory and production fluid exchange.
8. Principle
The device precisely controls the temperature of the liquid in the tank through the built-in integrated PID automatic temperature Control system and High Accuracy temperature sensor. The fully enclosed environmentally friendly Compressor refrigeration system is used for cooling, and the liquid in the tank is driven by a heat-free centrifugal circulation pump for domestic circulation. The porous U-shaped return circulation principle is adopted to fully mix the liquid in the tank, so as to achieve a highly uniform and stable temperature field, providing a constant temperature environment for external equipment or samples.

• Select the appropriate circulating medium (e.g. pure water, ethylene glycol, alcohol, etc.) according to the required Temperature range.
• Please ensure that the water level of the equipment is normal before use to avoid low water level operation triggering protection or causing dry burning.
• Pay attention to the safety alarm function of the equipment. In case of an alarm, please check the fault in time.
• Regularly check and maintain the refrigeration system and circulating pump to ensure stable performance.
• Please use the water drainage system equipped with the equipment when changing the liquid.
