HUXI DC-1050 Low Temperature Circulating Bath uses a professional fluorine-free refrigeration system, the main components are directly imported, and the performance is stable and reliable. It provides a liquid environment with uniform and constant temperature for specimens or products, which can be used for direct heating or cooling, and can also be used as an auxiliary temperature control source for equipment such as Reaction Kettle, fully automatic synthesis instrument, extraction and condensation device.

4. The non-heat centrifugal circulating pump is used for domestic circulation to avoid the heat production of the pump body affecting the temperature field. The porous U-shaped reflux design realizes the high uniformity of the flow field and temperature field in the tank.

Principle
The equipment adjusts the temperature of the medium (such as pure water, ethylene glycol, alcohol, etc.) in the tank through the built-in refrigeration system (Compressor) and heating system. The integrated PID controller precisely controls the refrigeration or Heating power according to the feedback of the High Accuracy temperature sensor (PT100), so that the medium temperature reaches and stabilizes at the set value. The heat-free centrifugal circulating pump drives the medium to flow in the tank and the external circulation pipeline, and ensures a highly uniform temperature field throughout the system through the porous U-shaped return design.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate medium (such as pure water, ethylene glycol, alcohol) according to the required Temperature range and add the Tank.
2. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
3. Set the desired target temperature through the control panel.
4. Start the refrigeration or heating system and circulation pump.
5. After the equipment is running until the temperature is stable, the sample can be placed in the tank or connected to an external device for experimentation.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment, and the medium in the tank can be discharged through the water discharge system.
Notice
• Please select the appropriate medium according to the Temperature range and ensure that the liquid level meets the working requirements.
• When the equipment is running, do not block the ventilating port to ensure good heat dissipation.
• Pay attention to the multiple alarm functions of the equipment. In case of an alarm, please check the cause in time.
• When heating, make sure there is enough liquid level to prevent dry burning.
Before moving or cleaning equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
• Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair the equipment.
