HUXI (HUXI) DC-2015 Low Temperature Circulating Bath adopts a professional fluorine-free refrigeration system, the main components are directly imported, and the performance is stable and reliable. The equipment provides a liquid environment with uniform and constant temperature when the user works. It can be used to conduct constant temperature tests or tests on specimens or products directly in the tank, and can also be used as an auxiliary heating or cooling temperature source.

Principle
The Low Temperature Circulating Bath precisely controls the temperature of the medium in the tank through the built-in Compressor refrigeration system and heating device. Integrated PID automatic temperature control program and High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor are used to ensure stable temperature control. At the same time, the domestic circulation is driven by a heat-free centrifugal circulation pump, and the liquid in the tank is turbulent through the porous U-shaped return design, so as to achieve a high degree of uniformity in the temperature field.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate medium (such as pure water, ethylene glycol, alcohol, etc.) according to the required Temperature range and add the Tank.
2. Connect the power supply of the device and turn on the power switch.
3. Set the target temperature and operating parameters through the large-screen LCD screen.
4. Start the refrigeration or heating system and domestic circulation pump.
5. After the temperature stabilizes, put the specimen or equipment that needs temperature control (such as Reaction Kettle) into the tank or connect the external circulation interface.
6. After use, turn off the power of the equipment, and the liquid in the tank can be drained through the water drainage system.

• Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements.
• According to different Temperature ranges, be sure to choose the appropriate medium to avoid solidification or boiling of the medium affecting the performance and safety of the equipment.
• The liquid level in the tank should always be kept within a safe range to avoid low water level operation triggering an alarm or causing the heating device to dry burn.
• When the equipment is running, do not block the entry and exit trends to ensure good heat dissipation.
• Before moving or cleaning equipment, be sure to cut off the power and drain the tank.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the internal parts of the equipment.
• Please note that the "Temperature Uniformity" marked on the device is +/- 0.05 ° C. The actual temperature control accuracy may be affected by the environment and use conditions.
