Overview
HUXI (HUXI) DC series Low Temperature Circulating Bath adopts professional fluorine-free refrigeration system, the main parts are directly imported, and the performance is stable and reliable. The equipment provides users with a liquid environment with uniform and constant temperature when working. It can directly conduct constant temperature tests or tests on specimens or products, and can also be used as an auxiliary heating or cooling temperature source.
Features
1. Adopt a fully enclosed environmentally friendly Compressor refrigeration system, free of CFC.
2. Built-in integrated new generation PID automatic temperature control program, equipped with High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor (1/3B level) and large screen high-brightness LCD screen (Chinese and English display), digital display resolution 0.01 ℃, accurate and stable temperature control.
3. Provide a variety of capacity options (e.g. 6L, 10L, 15L, 20L, 30L, 50L), and can customize non-standard products.
4. The non-heat centrifugal circulation pump is used for domestic circulation to avoid the traditional pump's own heat generation affecting the temperature field; the porous U-shaped return circulation principle is used to achieve a high degree of uniformity in the flow field and temperature field in the tank.
5. The fuselage shell adopts anti-aging electrostatic spray technology, and the liner and countertop are made of S304 brushed stainless steel.
6. The front panel and countertop of the chassis are finely crafted, and the user-friendly R rounded corner design is adopted to avoid the operator being injured by the edges and corners.
7. Equipped with a water drainage system, it is convenient for laboratory and production to change fluids.

Principle
The Low Temperature Circulating Bath precisely controls the temperature of the liquid medium in the tank through the built-in refrigeration system and heating system. The PID automatic temperature control program and High Accuracy Sensor are used to monitor the temperature in real time, and the liquid is driven for domestic circulation through the heat-free centrifugal circulation pump, so that the temperature in the tank is highly uniform and stable, so as to provide a constant temperature environment for sample testing or external equipment.

Petroleum, chemical, electronic instrumentation, physics, chemistry, biological engineering, life science, light industrial food, physical property testing, chemical analysis and other research departments, colleges and universities, enterprise Quality control and production departments are used for temperature control of Reaction Kettle, fully automatic synthesis equipment, extraction and condensation equipment.
Notice
* Select the appropriate liquid medium (such as pure water, ethylene glycol, alcohol, etc.) according to the required Temperature range.
Before use, make sure that the power supply of the equipment is well grounded and check whether the water level is within a safe range.
* When the equipment is running, do not block the ventilating port and ensure that there is enough heat dissipation space around.
Do not turn on and off frequently or suddenly lose power during the operation of the equipment.
* Regularly clean equipment liners and countertops to keep them clean and drying.
When the equipment alarms, please check and troubleshoot according to the alarm prompts (e.g. low water level, temperature loss, etc.).
Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair the internal components of the equipment.
* When not in use for a long time, drain the liquid in the tank and disconnect the power supply.
