Overview
HUXI (HUXI) DC-5010 Low Temperature Circulating Bath adopts professional fluorine-free refrigeration system, the main components are directly imported, and the performance is stable and reliable. The equipment provides users with a liquid environment with uniform and constant temperature when working, and can be used for direct heating or cooling, or as an auxiliary heating/cooling temperature source.
Features
1. Adopt a fully enclosed environmentally friendly Compressor refrigeration system, free of CFC.
2. Built-in integrated new generation PID automatic temperature control program, equipped with High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor (1/3B level) and large screen high-brightness LCD screen, Chinese and English display, digital display resolution 0.01 ℃, accurate and stable temperature control.
3. The non-heat centrifugal circulation pump is used to avoid the traditional water pump from affecting the temperature field of the tank due to its own heat generation; the domestic circulation system is designed with the principle of porous U-shaped return circulation to achieve a high uniformity of the flow field and temperature field in the tank.
4. The fuselage shell adopts anti-aging electrostatic spray technology, and the liner and countertop are made of S304 brushed stainless steel.
5. The front panel and countertop of the chassis are finely crafted, and a humanized R-rounded design structure is adopted to avoid the operator being injured by edges and corners.
6. Equipped with a water drainage system, it is convenient for laboratory and production fluid exchange.

Principle
The Low Temperature Circulating Bath provides precise temperature control of the liquid medium in the tank through the built-in refrigeration system (fully enclosed and environmentally friendly Compressor) and heating system. The built-in PID temperature control program and High Accuracy Sensor monitor and adjust the temperature in real time. The heat-free centrifugal circulation pump drives the liquid for domestic circulation. Through the porous U-shaped return design, the temperature field in the tank is highly uniform, providing a constant temperature environment for external equipment (such as Reaction Kettle) or directly placed samples.
Applications
Petroleum, chemical, electronic instrumentation, physics, chemistry, biological engineering, life science, light industrial food, physical property testing, chemical analysis and other research departments, colleges and universities, enterprise Quality control and production departments. It can be used for temperature control of Reaction Kettle, automatic synthesis equipment, extraction and condensation equipment.
Steps
1. Select the appropriate liquid medium (such as pure water, ethylene glycol, alcohol, etc.) according to the required Temperature range and add it to the tank to the appropriate water level.
2. Connect the device power supply.
3. Set the required target temperature and alarm parameters through the equipment control panel.
4. Start the equipment, refrigeration/heating system and circulating pump to work.
5. After the temperature stabilizes, the sample can be placed in the tank or connected to an external device for thermostatic test or test.
6. After use, turn off the power of the equipment, and the liquid in the tank can be drained through the water drainage system.

• Please select the appropriate medium according to the Temperature range before use, and ensure that the liquid level is sufficient to avoid low water level operation.
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• When operating, please pay attention to the upper and lower temperature limit alarm values set by the equipment to prevent temperature runaway.
Do not block the inlet and outlet of the circulating pump while the equipment is running.
When performing fluid changes or maintenance, make sure the equipment is powered off.

• Do not disassemble or modify the internal parts of the equipment without authorization.
